With the warm season approaching, the dilemma linked to the navigation of Italian boats in Croatian waters arises again.
To clarify, we quote an article that appeared on the Ancona Assonautica website visible here:

The PDF document available here shows the list of documents required to enter Croatia:
a document proving that the unit is approved for navigation, or for pleasure boats the "Navigation Licence" or other flag documents;
the document proving that the person in command of the vessel is authorized to command, in accordance with the regulations in force in the flag country or in accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Croatia (nautical licence);
the document proving the stipulation of an insurance policy for civil liability towards third parties;
the document proving ownership or the granting of a power of attorney authorizing the use of the unit (editor's note if the user is not the holder of the Navigation License or similar for vessels flying a foreign flag).
